ADOPT-A-SEMINARIAN BOOKMARK
We offer Catholic grade schools and Religious Education programs bookmarks. Each student is given a bookmark and we ask that the class say a prayer for the seminarian at least once a week. For more information, please click below.

ORDER NOWSEMINARIAN CARDS
Every year, we design and print biographical cards for each seminarian of the Diocese of Joliet. You can request a set that includes every seminarian, or you can request a set with only one seminarian. To learn more and order, please click the button below.
HOLY HOURS
We plan quarterly Holy Hours at parishes across the diocese to pray for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life. Each Holy Hour includes Eucharistic Adoration and time for personal prayer.

Every 2nd Monday of the month, excluding August, the Serra Club of DuPage County meets to pray the rosary, celebrate the liturgy, enjoy dinner, and listen to an engaging speaker. All are welcome!

We host this event the 2nd Sunday of August each year. In 2025, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the event. All are welcome to meet the seminarians before they go back to their respective seminaries/ministries.

Christ, our Source and Summit, desires us so deeply, that he gives us his body as true food and true worship. When we visit Jesus to worship him in Eucharistic adoration, we strive to lay everything down and abide in him so that he may be Lord of our life and sanctify our work. For this reason, the Serra Club encourages its members to participate in regular Holy Hours.

Monthly Meetings
Monthly Meetings
The Serra Club of DuPage County gathers on the second Monday of each month (excluding August) for prayer, fellowship, and formation. Each meeting provides members with the opportunity to grow in faith, enjoy one another’s company, and hear from inspiring speakers on topics related to vocations and the life of the Church. These meetings usually start at 6 PM with the praying of the Rosary, followed by Mass, fellowship, dinner and our speaker.

Annual Seminarian Send-Off
Every year we celebrate and support our seminarians before they return to their studies or parish assignments. All are welcome and encouragaed to attend the Annual Seminarian Send-off usually held the first or second weekend in August.
